Once your coverage is confirmed, booking your first session is simple.

When you contact our office, we’ll help you:

Help you schedule your first appointment
STEP 2
Choose a Day — In-Person or Online
Pick whatever fits your schedule and comfort level — in-person at our Murrieta office, or online from anywhere in California. Both formats use the same licensed therapists and the same quality of care.
STEP 3
Get Confirmed and Attend
You’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment details and anything you need to know beforehand — so you can walk into your first session feeling prepared, not uncertain.
Out-of-Network?
We provide superbills — an itemized receipt of your sessions — so you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurer, even if we’re not in-network with your specific plan.
Self-Pay
Prefer not to use insurance? Self-pay sessions are available. Contact us for current rates.
Individual sessions are $130.
Couples sessions are $160.
